                Commercial Support Specialist- North Asia (Location: Taipei)

The Position

Reporting directly to the North Asia Commercial GM and supports commercial team for all North Asia. The position serves as the internal business partner and primary point of contact for the commercial team and, when needed, the external customer. A Commercial Support Specialist delivers value throughout the presale to order journey by ensuring that all aspects are handled in an accurate and expeditious manner while delivering a great customer experience.

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Sales admin support on orders and customer specific follow-up
  • Channel contract management & communicating with internal stakeholders
  • Experience with business process reviews for improvement change, creation and execution across commercial and marketing
  • Customer/ end-user event strategy, planning and coordination between working parties– seminars, commercial/ marketing meetings (focused on Taiwan and Korea)
  • Lead project management for annual kickoff, mid-year, leadership and townhall meetings
  • Track marketing and commercial initiative activity and OPEX – plans, accountability, ROI
  • Business support to commercial leaders
  • Special projects – Project Ascend (updating project tracker), market data consolidation and other ad-hoc projects


The Person

  • Experience of over 15+ years working in similar capacity in a MNC
  • Experience with managing through organizational challenges
  • Solid understanding of relevant sales and marketing campaigns
  • Advance office software skills in excel, word and powerpoint
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively interact with all levels of a company
  • Passion for customer success in a competitive and changing market
  • Ability to adapt in a fast paced environment and prioritize with competing deadlines
