Role Outline

The Sales Excellence Manager develops, maintains and deploys creative reporting and analytic solutions for Hologic ANZ’s Field Force that drive sales growth and sales force productivity. The Sales Excellence Manager will facilitate success measurement by setting and monitoring key performance measures including sales targets, territory planning and activity Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Further the Sales Excellence Manager will be a sales analysis expert providing insights on all aspects of the performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide data, analyses, modelling and reporting to support the annual sales planning processes including, but not limited to, sales model development, quota assignment process and sales compensation plan design

• Contribute expertise and commercial insight to support the optimisation of the sales force, including territory sizing, structuring, alignment and customer performance

• Ensure that the sales process and supporting methodologies are well defined, documented and supported by the CRM application to ensure strong adherence by the sales organisation

• Ensure the alignment of the Sales Operations organisation with cross-functional activities/priorities across the organisation including the finance, marketing, HR and customer support teams

• Develop and monitor key sales performance metrics to measure the health of the sales pipeline, enable the early identification of trends affecting the business and promote the sharing of best practices across the sales organisation

• Manage the reporting and analysis activities required to support the company’s sales forecasting process, ensuring continued improvement in forecast accuracy

• Oversee, leading when necessary, sales efficiency and effectiveness projects to include setting project priorities, obtaining alignment with leadership, developing ROI analysis, etc. for project justification

• Manage and train the sales organisation on the organisation’s CRM and reporting tools. Conduct regular training updates to guarantee usage and uptake of the technologies

• Perform any other delegated responsibilities as instructed by the Regional VP within the timeframe specified to meet business requirements

• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks and participate in professional organisations

• Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant Acts, Legislation and ethical standards

• Perform all work in a safe manner that ensures your health and safety and that of all other employees

• Maintain collaborative working relationship with customers, peers and other departments

• Identification of continuous improvement within your areas of responsibility

• Perform related duties as assigned by your manager.
