About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Territory Manager is responsible for representing a leading brand and promoting the sales of Hologic's Suite of premium products for women, within our Gynaecology Surgical Solutions portfolio. This includes developing tactical business plans to drive territory sales, promote new business opportunities and maintaining/building strong customer relationships through excellent service and support.
The role will involve providing in surgery technical product support and presenting to medical specialists, nurses or other health care professionals to ensure correct and proper use of products.
To be successful, you will have a background in the healthcare industry, ideally from the selling of surgical devices to medical specialists in a hospital setting. An understanding of the surgical environment is highly advantageous. You possess outstanding communication and presentation skills, and have a passion for building effective relationships and driving sales. You are highly organised with the ability to function independently as a field-based representative; simultaneously possessing a strong collaborative nature as you work across a national team
This position is field based based in Victoria, with the majority of work being in metropolitan Melbourne. This role will also service customers in regional VIC. There is occasional overnight travel required in Tasmania.
A valid Australian Driver Licence and reliable vehicle is required.
