About the role
As the Marketing Manager for Breast and Skeletal Health (BSH), you will report into the Business Unit Director with direct responsibility across ANZ to lead and develop the marketing function and mentor a team of two. This is a new role that offers a unique opportunity to create and execute a marketing strategy that drives growth. Essential Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies and activities to achieve business objectives
- Design, develop and deliver the ANZ marketing plan for the portfolio, including sales volume and profit forecasts and competitive analysis
- Own the development, sign-off, and implementation of all marketing plans, portfolio management, and activities within the business unit
- Champions brand efforts and strategic vision for brands via market development, sales promotion, distribution and pricing guidelines in partnership with marketing leadership
- Analyzes market trends and potentials and prepares for use in planning manufacturing operations for controlling inventories
- Develop and maintain Key-Opinion Leader strategy for the portfolio, building existing relationships in relevant fields
- Leadership presence with the ability to implement positive change, gain support and establish rapport and respect
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing. Science qualifications or related disciplines highly regarded.
- Medical device and capital equipment experience ideally with a strong background in sales and marketing management. Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing.
- Proven track record with planning and implementing marketing strategy across multiple product portfolios.
- Demonstrated solid upward career progression on the commercial side of their past businesses
