About the role

As the National Territory Manager for Breast and Skeletal Health (BSH), you will have responsibility across ANZ to lead, initialise, and close sales in order to achieve organisation goals.  This is an exciting new product launch for our BSH division and the start of many new cutting-edge innovations in the R&D pipeline. This role is an incredibly dynamic, encompassing strategy for market penetration, business development, KOL development & engagement, and implementation of programs.  If you are an experienced surgical device sales professional this is the multi-faceted challenge that will grow and stretch your strengths!   

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include:

  • Drive Results and Business Performance planning and executing an interactive, strategic, and tactical business development and sales plan; including Master Sales plan, Gap Analysis, Marketing, KOL development, as well as Educational plans
  • Engage, develop and manage Key-Opinion and Client relationships
  • Support, education, and implementation of new customer programs
  • Display business acumen and organisational astuteness 
  • Influence, negotiate and communicate for impact 


About you

 

  • Minimum of five years of demonstrated success in selling and promoting surgical devices
  • Ability to navigate the private and public theatre space by utilising existing contacts and relationships; special consideration given to experience and knowledge of the breast surgeon market
  • Must be able to excel within a results-oriented environment where revenue growth and quality are emphasized
  • Strong communication skills and presence are prerequisites, as is product knowledge of medical imaging with a high degree of technical competency 
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
