The Position

Responsible to partner with Asia Pacific Region HR leadership in developing, implementing and administering Total Reward programs that will enhance the employee experience and provide a platform to increase employee engagement.  Works closely with Asia HR Leadership and HR Partners, providing guidance as the Total Rewards expert in the region.

Duties & responsibilities:


  • Provide content expertise in the area of compensation for assigned countries, keeping region management up-to-date on legal requirements and competitive practices
  • Analyse salary survey and other compensation data to and develop related compensation executive summaries, proposals and PowerPoint presentations
  • Conduct job evaluation and recommend the appropriate grade levels and salary ranges
  • Assist in the completion of compensation surveys
  • Complete compensation analysis and develop recommendations for HR staff, HR Business Partners and managers


  • Provide expertise and direction in the region on benefit programs
  • Maintain benefit vendor relationships and serve as liaison between employees and/or, HR Reps and benefit vendors
  • Develop benefit proposals, presentations and communications
  • Work with vendors to negotiate benefit plan renewals
  • Update Intranet benefit web pages for assigned international locations


  • Teaming with the HR Services team at the corporate office, provide technical expertise and training to the HR Representatives within the region
  • Conduct audits and maintain the accuracy and integrity of HR data in the region
  • Perform Oracle super user duties and assist the HR Services team in training other regional Oracle super users

  • University degree in a related field
  • 8+ years of professional experience in Compensation and Benefits for multiple countries in the Asia Pacific Region.
  • 4 or more years of experience on a large-scale enterprise system (Oracle experience preferred)
  • Advanced level experience in Excel and PowerPoint
