We are seeking a motivated and self-starting Sales Representative who will drive sales activities in the dedicated territories and also build on external stakeholder relationships to ensure business growth.

Primary Responsibilities

  • ブレストヘルスソリューションズ事業部門のビジネス戦略に基づき、セールス販売計画を遂行するとともに、Quarter、年間の売り上げ目標達成のための戦略、戦術計画と実行
  • カスタマー、見込み顧客へのプロモーションおよび顧客満足度向上活動
  • 医療機関(大学病院・総合病院・検査センター・健診センター・婦人科系クリニックなど)への情報提供、マンモグラフィー検査機器の販売促進活動、販売代理店への情報提供・情報収集、契約締結活動を推進。また担当エリア内のキーアカウント、KOLとの関係構築、またはそのサポートを行う。
  • ホロジックブランドの確立のためのプロモーション活動のサポート
  • チームでの営業ファネル進捗の共有、ベストプラクティスの情報共有。その他チーム目標を達成するためにチーム内営業同士の相互サポート、情報共有などを行い、チーム力強化を推進する。

  • 担当地域の医療機関(大学病院・総合病院・検査センター・検診施設・クリニックなど)の乳腺外科、検査部門の癌検査担当者に情報の提供・機器導入提案などを行う。
  • 担当エリアもしくは、担当施設において活動を行っている代理店担当者と情報交換を行い、共同して商品のPR・販売を行う
  • 営業マネージャーの指導の下、担当エリアのターゲティング、医療機関情報の把握
  • 担当地域で行われる勉強会・学会等に参加し、新規顧客開拓や商品PR。
  • マーケティング、学術担当とタイアップして顧客のトレーニングやスキルアップ。
  • アプリケーションスペシャリストと協力し製品のデモンストレーション
  • 受注から設置に関わる業務を、アプリケーションスペシャリスト、フィールドサービスエンジニア、マーケティングと協力、調整のうえ推進する
  • 新規設置案件における保守契約の紹介と締結
