• Direct staffing, training, coaching, performance evaluation, and career development planning for the sales team;
直接管理、培训、指导销售团队,为团队成员进行绩效评估和职业规划;
• Lead the team to develop and achieve sales forecast accurately.
领导团队完成精准的销售预测;
• Meet and exceed sales goals and achieve maximum sales in assigned territory
完成指定区域的销售目标;
• Develop and execute business plans for targeted accounts. Complete a territory business analysis for management review on a quarterly basis
开发目标客户,完成销售计划;按季度完成区域销售市场分析,供管理层审阅;
• Maintain ongoing business planning with distributors in territory; develop and manage distributors based on business requirements
保持指定区域业务的持续增长及经销商的同步发展,根据业务需要开发及管理经销商;
• Effectively sell Hologic's sales message to all customers in the targeted territory
有效执行指定区域的销售拜访计划和业务管理计划;
• Partner with external source to find solution
积极寻找外部资源,提供解决方案;
• Collaborate with Marketing, application, service engineer, other Hologic colleagues and external partners to drive business and customer satisfaction in the assigned territory.

• Manage time effectively; prioritize and make good business judgments and decisions in relationship to efficiency, effectiveness while meeting daily call expectations; Submit weekly sales report to reflect the work result, work plan and intelligence gathered;

• Partner with marketing department to support the development and execution of marketing programs and sales materials

• Develop and maintain regional KOL to strengthen Hologic academic influence.
开发和维护区域重点客户,提升豪洛捷专业技术影响力;
• Attend local and national professional trade shows and events and promote products to all customers
参加全国和区域各级相关市场活动,加深客户对于产品的了解;
• Update and sync all relevant customer account information into Hologic's Data Management System daily or other system required;
按照公司系统要求完成相关的客户信息收集工作;
• Perform other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS
• Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and organization skills;

EDUCATION
• Bachelor or above of Medical Science
医学学士及以上

EXPERIENCE
• Candidate must have a minimum of 15 years sales experience
15年以上相关销售工作经验;
• Medical background/sales experience, knowledge of Surgical products, especialist in Gynecology & Obstetric field will be desirable
医学背景,有一定的销售工作经验,外科产品,尤其是妇科及产科相关领域知识优先;
• Clinical sales experience is a must and preferably in Surgical market.
外科产品销售工作经验优先考虑。
• Have strong ability of developing new account
有较强的客户开发能力;
• Have strong ability of distributor development and management, knowing well about how to identify and utilize external resources for business needs.
有较强的经销商管理能力,深入理解如何基于业务需要搜寻和使用外部资源;
• Familiar with the procedures of the Department of Gynecology & Obstetric
熟悉妇科及产科的日常运作;
• Collect marketing information and make analysis, make and develop regional sales strategy
